How will my payment be made?
There are 3 ways to make payment.
- Card payment – select the Barclaycard ePDQ option at check out and you will be directed to a secure server where you can enter your card details to make the payment.
- Paypal – if you have a paypal account you can select paypal as a payment option at check out.
- Google check out – if you have a Google check out account you can use this option to make payment. After placing you garments in the basket you will see the Google check out symbol in the basked. To make payment select the Google check out option and you will be directed to Google check out and can log in to your account.
When will my order arrive?
In most cases the order is sent out the next working day. All orders will be sent latest within 7 working days if no other instructions are given.
Can you gift wrap my order?
No. We do not offer a gift wrap service.
How do I return an item I have bought?
To return you item please notify us on info@urban-buzz.com within 7 working and then return the goods to us within 28 working days to the below address. Always make sure to enter a note with your order number when returning goods. We also recommend you send the item back using Royal Mail recorded delivery.

How do I search for a product?
At the moment you can not search for a product. You can browse the products by categories on the left hand side of the webpage.
Where do I enter my offer code?
To activate your offer code please enter it on the check out page in the bottom box called offer code. Once you have entered your code and pressed update the offer will show in your basket values.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
You can see if you order has been shipped by logging in to your account. You will also receive an email when the order is sent out.
Have you received my returned goods?
We will notify you via email when we receive returned goods. Always make sure to enter a note with your order number when returning goods. We also recommend you send the item back using Royal Mail recorded delivery.
How do I sign up for the Urban Buzz newsletter?

Can I buy Urban Buzz gift voucher for a present?

No. However you can visit one of our stockists to buy the garments in store.
